ABUS 1385 Combination Chain

For its intended purpose, this lock works well. I wouldn’t use a combo lock for high security purposes. To me this type of lock is for use when bike theft isn’t all that likely and a light deterrent is needed. I use this lock when I am just going to the grocery store or coffee shop and I am leaving the bike for short periods only. I consider this my ‘cafe’ lock. It is a bit heavy but easy to transport in my trunk bag and quick to deploy and remove. When I leave my bike for longer periods, I will pair this lock with my Abus Mini Ulock or with my Litelok.
